[Fixed] Portable Opera 36.x Legacy Release Always Offered for Install

PA.c Platform 14.1

When check for new offficial apps, "Portable Opera 36.x Legacy Release" always in the new apps official download list. it show there even if installed.

Fixed AppID

The AppID within the updater was different from the app itself. They've been adjusted to match.
