from this site (Firefox, Thunderbird, OpenOffice) is currrently unclear.
They are all pretty old versions.
So if you want a newer one, use the "normal" portable app and SmithTechs Shortcut Creator 4U3
And I dont think that other prorrys like GIMP, Sunbird or VLC will be made U3 compatible by this site.
