Place it on the local machine and configure it to run at Windows startup.
Windows itself removed the ability to automatically run content from USB drives when Windows 7 was launched years ago. Windows XP and Vista got a security patch to do the same.
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
