That means it was unable to rename the file. This will happen if the file is in use (is your browser open?) or permissions are messed up on the directory or you have it open in Windows Explorer. X:\PortableApps\CommonFiles\Java\bin\plugin2-disabled\ and X:\PortableApps\CommonFiles\Java\bin\plugin2\ are the two directories involved. It renamed to -disabled when disabling it and back when not. Check out what's up in that location.
