Hi i have kodi as portable app on usb and kodi on host pc when i open kodi in portable apps kodi on host always opens.
Different Wizard on each.
Can any one suggest a way to omly open the one selected.

Are you using Kodi Portable from here? If yes it shouldn't be a problem.
Otherwise I think you are not using it correctly portable (-p switch has to be activated) so your local files will be used/overriden.
