"Undo Tab Close" Not Working in ESR 45.4.0

Undo Tab Close function is not working in portable FF ESR 45.4.0 (Ctrl+Shift+T).

I can't open closed tabs like I did in standard FF ESR 45.4.0.

In the open tabs drop-down list Undo Close Tab appears disabled.
