When attempting to uninstall GnuCash Portable the subject message is displayed in a dialogue box. The reason for uninstalling Gnucash is that it won't start. Gnucash would start before it was updated earlier this month (12/2016).

To Uninstall, all you need to do is delete the X:\PortableApps\GnuCashPortable directory, where X is your drive letter.
I know you're the current builder Gord (thank you) but your suggestion would put the OP's data in the trash as well as what he asked for

However, the request was for how to uninstall, not how to save the user's data.
