I need some help, my sd memory card errored

I downloaded portable apps software to my sd memory card but ı deleted it. now ı cant change my sd memory card's name and icon what can ı do??

Hidden Files

Enable hidden files to be visible and then remove the Autorun.inf from the directory. You should be golden.
