When installing TeamViewer V12 Portable (which I downloaded from here) I get the following error:
Error opening file for writing: D:/PortableApps\TeamViewerPortable\App\teamviewer\Teamviewer.exe Click abort to stop the installation, Retry to try again, or Ignore to skip the file
I have tried and gotten this error on two separate systems with two separate USB keys.
Has anyone else seen this? Is there a fix or workaround?

FYI, I am seeing the same sort of failure trying to install Spybot - Search and Destroy Portable.
That means the app is either still running (possibly in the background in the system tray or hasn't finished closing) or its locked by another process. Windows itself is telling the installer the file can't be deleted and overwritten. It's nothing to do with the installer.
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
