Spybot - Search and Destroy V2.5 portable install fails

When installing Spybot - Search and Destroy V2.5 Portable (which I downloaded from here) I get the following error:

Error opening file for writing:

D:\PortableApps\SpybotPortable\App\Spybot\DWWADTPP.scr

Click abort to stop the installation,
Retry to try again, or
Ignore to skip the file

I have tried and gotten this error on two separate systems with two separate USB keys.

Has anyone else seen this? Is there a fix or workaround?

FYI, I am getting a similar error when trying to install TeamViewer V12 Portable.
