MSN.com

I use Firefox portable, with MSN.com as my homepage, which has worked great until today. But when I tried to log on this morning I got the following message.
The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.

The connection was reset

* The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few
moments.
* If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network
connection.
* If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure
that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.
I have tried waiting and re-trying but still get the same message. Can anyone help?
I can get to msn on IE7, but prefer to use firefox.
