Everything works fine for me after the update, including Firefox, but it's always possible that some of the base applications may need updating because of changes to the Windows OS.
First thing to check is that the Creators update hasn't altered anything 'critical' in your system. Example: It's a known fact that on some systems file and folder permissions have been changed during the update process and have had to be returned to 'normal' by the user.
Yeah may be, some of my portable work for some minutes and sometime does''t work. Oh, need more windows update to fix it

Firefox Portable 53 and the PA.c Platform work without issue on Windows 10 Creator when run on an internal or external drive. If you're having issues, something else is up.
