Norton just hit Wise Registry Editor with Ransom virus warning. I was able to stop it from loading but am not really sure it's a virus. Norton has been giving me a lot of false positives lately.
But this was an update from this morning that portable apps downloaded to my computer so I wanted to get the warning out there so you can check your files to make sure it's actually a virus or not.

We recommend scanning with either Virus Total or MetaDefender before reporting. They let you verify it's a false positive first so you can report the error to Norton. Support topic: https://portableapps.com/support#false_positive
OK, thanks, I was pretty sure that's was what it was. I just wanted to be sure in case it turned out to be true.
