I was wondering if there was interest in PortableApps.com using its LinkedIn page the way we use our Facebook, Twitter, and Google+ social media to handle new app announcements, platform release announcements, and significant news posts. I think the real benefit form LinkedIn would be more exposure to potential developers which is important by its own.
As a way to communicate users, well, I think it is not that important.
