I've downloaded source-code of Gaim portable but i couldn't know where i can find the source-code of launcher

Can you tell me which file/files specialized for launcher?

Its included

If you download the Gaim Portable package from here, in the /Other/GaimPortableSource folder you'll find the source of the launcher. Its a *.nsi file.
