This has probably been discussed numerous times in these forums, but I can't find info on it using the Search box. Can I install either the MS Office 2010 or 2013 on the Portableapps.com Platform? Thanks.

Not presently. Microsoft has no interest in portable software as they're heading down the router of store lock-in in the future. MS Office will require the MS App Store shortly. Any portable packages of MS Office you find online are done illegally and likely have malware included. Personally, I use LibreOffice for almost everything even though I have a license for MS Office.
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
