[Fixed] fre:ac Portable 1.0.28 - 1.0.30 does not save settings

fre:ac appears to have changed the name of its settings file in 1.0.28 from config.xml to freac.xml

We were not aware of this change until a user advised us by email.

A fix will be published shortly.

This was fixed a while back but the bug hadn't been closed.
