Portable Thunderbird no longer starts Windows 10

My computer restarted sometime overnight. Today I tried to open thunderbird and all i get is splash screen. It seems to shutdown by itself.
I then decided to delete the entire thunderbird folder and install it to desktop and try to start it up. Same behavior.

I then noticed transmission Qt Client starts but than says "transmission Qt Client has stopped working" I select close program and restart and same error. I too unzipped transmission to desktop like thunderbird and same error.

How to fix this? I already under C folder use disk cleanup and cleared everything. Doesn't seem to do anything.

Anyone have any idea? driving me crazy.

Duplicate post removed

I've removed your duplicate post.

Please be patient, we're all volunteers here, and may not be able to investigate immediately, particularly as it's Christmas time.

Temporary fix

I only posted on support thunderbird forum because I thought it might be in the wrong forum so there was no responses... Still experiencing this issue. I tried deleting files listed for the normal thunderbird when it does not start; like the lock file but the user/local user/roaming has no files listed that should prevent startup.

I couldn't wait any longer as I have alot of email accounts so I looked for older versions particular the thunderbird ESR 17.0.11 english. Deleted the profile folder; than moved the backup profile folder I had and it starts up right away but disables most of the plugins and I have to enter passwords all over again. The ones that didn't work are 52.2.1 and 52.2.0. Hope this helps someone who has a similar problem till there is some resolution to why it just won't startup.
