Description:Everything is a search utility that locates files and folders by filename instantly on the Windows OS. But, unlike Windows’ search function, Everything will initially displays every file and folder on your computer.

I think this can be made for PortableApps, i know it is one of the popular local search utilities out there, I would like to see it on PortableApps.com in the future.
