Use PortableApps to create shortcuts to network paths, MSCs (like eventvwr.msc), URLs, and EXEs

This is my first time posting, and I want to say Thanks! to everyone who put so much work into such a great program.

I am sure i am missing this somewhere, but how can I add icons that launch the type of files listed in the Subject?
IE:
\\servername\hpcoe\
%windir%\system32\eventvwr.msc /s
http://servername/phpbb/index.php (local URL)
\\servername\hpcoe\COEL2.exe
%SystemRoot%\system32\cmd.exe or even a direct path to C:\Windows\System32\Cmd.exe (or any other exe file on the primary drive)
