I am getting an error while installing the latest version of Chorme.
The error is - The installer was unable to download Google Chrome (Stable)
The installation of the portable app will be incomplete without it.
Please try installing again. (Error: SendRequest Error)
Can anybody help?

That means it can't download it either due to Windows internet components being improperly configured or you being blocked by a corporate/university firewall. Make sure Internet Explorer (which also uses Windows internet components) works properly on the PC first and is able to download files.
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
