I'll take a look at this, it should be possible.
Edit: Seems pretty easy, however I don't know if I should backup/restore HKCU\Software\Trolltech which is the Qt Toolkit entry, but it contains the current path. Any opinions? (Note: they are only used for the qjpeg plugin, maybe I could just scrap that)

qt plugin doesn't worry me - I want the swf output.
Well, I'll just delete that entry and hope that no-one wants to use anything stored in there.
