Temporary files LibreOffice

It's all right!

I change the temporary LibreOffice files to a folder on my drive, but when I open Libre again it always shows the user's path in "temp" in C: \ Users \ MyUser \ AppData \ Local \ Temp

Is there a possibility to solve this?

No Option

There is currently no option to specify an alternate location. There will be an option at the platform level at some point in the future to have a contained temp on your drive for all apps.

I was going to stay, but it's mixed with two translations.

Link removed to illegally packaged software - mod GC

Contained Temp

We contain the TEMP file by default and clean it on exit for users who use the app portably. If you open up the LibreOfficePortable.ini file within the LibreOfficePortable\App\AppInfo\Launcher directory, it's the entry called [FileWrite4]. If you'd like to disable this feature, you can remove the [FileWrite4] section and rename every section after by one less (so [FileWrite5] becomes [FileWrite4] and so on). It's possible we could add this as an option in a later release.

The illegal software site you linked to often doesn't properly portablize app files like TEMP files so they leave things behind.

Sure the site was an example

Sure the site was an example in fact and I found that this could be simple to be added on the platform.
Okay I doing this so I could normally change the default folder without any problems?

Fine

Doing the above is just fine. You will have to do it after each upgrade of LibreOffice at present until I add an option to disable TEMP containment and handling.

The platform is getting TEMP containment in an upcoming version so that all your apps, both PAF and not, use a single TEMP directory that the platform can wipe on exit. By default, it will be a subdirectory of the system TEMP but there will be an option to have it on your external drive. If you choose to have it on your external drive, you can also choose not to wipe it.

I tried everything

Hello, from all things I found on the Internet, your way is the closest to my problem solving. So I did what you explain here ( tried a whole lot other things aswell ), but the only thing that I can do with FileWrite4 is change the destination folder. When I delete the whole [FileWrite4] with its components, decrement all others, LibreOffice still sends a temp file to C:\users\AppData\Temp\LibreOfficePortableTemp\temp... I really need to like disable it totally, so there is no temp created at all. Is this possible and if you did it with your solution, could my LibreOffice version be the reason it's not working?

Windows 7 32-Bit does not work with file already running the 64-

I did have a copy of the file created in Windows 7 64-Bit, another installation of Windows 7 32-Bit and that Windows is in the user folder. Why this happens?

This should be the fact that LibreOffice be out of date?
