Updater not working

When I try to update my apps, I get this message:

The downloaded copy of Autoruns is not valid and can not be installed. This could be due to an incomplete download or other network issue. Please try running the updater again when complete. The downloaded copy of FileZilla is not valid and can not be installed. This could be due to an incomplete download or other network issue. Please try running the updater again when complete. The downloaded copy of Miranda IM is not valid and can not be installed. This could be due to an incomplete download or other network issue. Please try running the updater again when complete. The downloaded copy of qBittorrent is not valid and can not be installed. This could be due to an incomplete download or other network issue. Please try running the updater again when complete.

I've tried it a couple of times. It should have had plenty of time to finish downloading in the background (the message indicates that that happens, but I doubt it). This problem started occuring after my wifi broke during an update. But now that it's back up &7 stable again, the problem keeps happening.

I would clear some sort of cache, if only I knew where that sits. Other than that, I have no idea what to do.

I'm at PA.com 14.4.3 on Windows 10.

PS: the captcha is bloody terrible! stop punishing me for being human, punish the robots instead!

SourceForge is still down.

SourceForge seems to be up

SourceForge seems to be up for me... I was able to log in and download DOSBox with no problem.

But from the PortableApps program I cannot update either Autoruns or FreeCommander XE.
