Update portable software

Hi,
when I try to update my portable software, appears to me a message which says that the update isn't possible.
In the past this problem concerned only libreoffice. Now concern libreoffice, google chrome, kitty, isotoxin, mediainfo, CPU-Z, skype, etc...
Why have I this problem?
