Unofficial MPC-HC Build, Tracking For Possible Switch

As some folks are aware, MPC-HC was retired by its developers with the 1.7.13 release on July 7, 2017:

Since that time, an unofficial fork has been maintained on github here:
https://github.com/clsid2/mpc-hc

I wanted to add a forum thread with these details so others can comment. I'm tracking this to possibly switch our package to this unofficial build at some point.
