Would like to make a portable app of 3uTools http://www.3u.com
The problem is Not 3uTools but the needed "Apple Mobile Device Drivers" (AMD) which most Windows PCs do Not have.
Hoped someone else had same idea for this or other (AMD) utilities so did a forum search using keywords "Apple Mobile Device Drivers" but got nothing.
Then checked "PortableApps.com Installer" https://portableapps.com/apps/development/portableapps.com_installer for info where to put Windows (AMD) drivers. Also nothing Maybe I missed something.
Appreciate any suggestions!

Googled and found "Can you install a printer in portable apps?" https://portableapps.com/node/52440 "To install drivers, admin rights are needed.
Drivers can not be installed outside of the system."
Alternative is adding this app and (AMD) drivers to a bootable Win Repair USB Drive like Hiren's v15.2 or FalconFour v4.61
I have faced the same problem please, help me too.
