I don't know if Anuken (the creator of Mindustry) approves, so we have to ask for permission.
But it is free and open-source.

It looks inspired by the excellent Factorio program (as noted in the first comment on their home page). The game is available in-browser on the linked page but I couldn't find an intro and there's not a walkthrough available as with Factorio.
