I'm trying to install the newest version of CCleaner Portable (5.43.6520) to a flash drive as a standalone app by downloading and running the .paf.exe file. However, the main progress bar gets about 1/4 of the way through when an error shows up saying "The downloaded copy of CCleaner is not valid and can not be installed. Please try installing again." Is the download broken, or is the source of the actual CCleaner program down right now? Thanks.

Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
When I run ccPortable_6.14.10584_online.paf.exe it downloads various files, but then ends with following error message :-
"The downloaded copy of CCleaner is not valid and can not be installed. Please try installing again"
I get same behaviour on 2 different Win 7 x64 laptops.

Try re-downloading the setup, the error should have been fixed.
If the problem persists you can temporarily use the procedure indicated here.
