QtGrace request

QtGrace is a very capable free opensource software that needs not to be installed and that can be run natively.

QtGrace/Grace is a program to display or plot data, analyze data and prepare it for printing. Using QtGrace is to run Grace natively on Windows, Mac OS X and Linux.

I was able to extract the file onto my portableapps pendrive to a separate folder I created under the name QtGrace... I navigated to the bin folder and ran the exe file and was able to work with the program easily. My question is: How can I create a link to the executable file at the Graphics and Pictures folder? Thanks in advance for your attention to this matter.
