google chrome portable 67.0.3396.87 can not run so google chrome portable rename in_online.paf.exe according to the notification from portable app

You have two copies of the exact same installer in the same directory so one of them got renamed. Just delete the second copy and don't rename it.
i don't rename file so file can not run. why
All of those Google Chrome installers were renamed. Delete them all, download a fresh copy and run it.

As stated above, clear out all Google Chrome Portable installers you have, download a fresh copy, and do not rename it.
