run chrome from my documents

how can i run Chrome from my documents
it runs only from Desktop (not allowed in my work)
i have no accsess to Hard drive.
usb stick is also blocked
can i use it on cd ?
i can use only my documents freely
please help

yes but,

you could, but if the system is locked so much, then you will probably not be able to run any executable at all.
