Is there anyway to rename the chrome.exe so the portable.exe finds it still
so the instance of the name is different to the internal chrome or
another portable chrome versions on another partitions.
some ini file or commandline -binname=usbchrome
as need chevolume to separate them so I can redirect the volumes to virtual sound drivers

No worries I found my own solution
copy the ini found in subdir other to root folder and change the chrome.exe in it to something else
seems to be working.. neat!

I am having a similar issue with my chrome. I want to be able to run chrome that is installed along side my portable version. Could you elaborate on your solution please?
