Which country are you in that's blocked? (EDIT: I see it's blocked by the Great Firewall of China now)
I've added an alternate download link to the PortableApps.com Platform download page just below the Download button. This links to the download on SourceForge. You can use the PortableApps.com Platform to download all of our apps without downloading from DuckDuckGo.
