Arduino - IDE

The open-source Arduino Software would be a great addition to portable apps. They have a portable version located on the website but it would be great to have it on the portable apps suite.

Website is https://www.arduino.cc/

Link to software is https://www.arduino.cc/en/Main/Software

Kind Regards

Either will work

If you are looking for Arduino IDE with ESP8266 support download the ArduinoESP8266Portable_1.8.5_with_ESP8266_2.4.2_Development_Test_1_English.paf.exe otherwise download the standard version ArduinoPortable_1.8.5_Development_Test_1_English.paf.exe

Hm...

WacksBaby: your version does not work for me. Sad I get the splash screen, and then nothing happens. Also, Arduino IDE is version 1.8.8 now. Heads up! Smile

I have uploaded version 1.8.8

I have uploaded version 1.8.8. I am not really sure why version 1.8.7 is not working on your machine. If previous version does not work there is a chance that this version (1.8.8) might not work as well.

Double Hm...

You have branded the package "Cyber Circuits", which is the name of your blog/company. I don't know if I really appreciate that. I would suggest please changing the author of the work to "Arduino Team" or similar. For starters.

Then you should upload the Dev Test package in the proper area: https://portableapps.com/node/11965 and make an announcement. I saw you did it for other packages... why not this one?

Triple HM!!!

also, judging by your sourceforge page, you haven't done any developments in about 2 years. I'm going to go ahead and take over maintenance of this package.
