Add files to Portable app

Hi,
I am a Newbe, trying to create a portable app of a programm.

The programm puts a lot of files in c:\Program Files\
How can I tell the launcher or other INI file to add the files under c:\Program Files\?

Correct solution?

Now I just copied c:\Program files\ to App\.
Is this the correct way?
