Hello,
I purchased a 32GB USB Drive from the Portableapps.com website about 5 years ago.
The USB Drive is beginning to fail. It corrupts files and photos even after a full re-format using SD Formatter V4.0.
Your website still says that these USB products have a LIFETIME WARRANTY.
Where can I submit a claim for a replacement USB Drive made the same as mine with the silkscreening on it ?
Thank you,
Peter...

I don't know for sure, but when you click on the Lifetime Warranty link on the hardware page you are directed to the seller of the usb-drive (http://www.customusb.com/store/warranty.html), where the warranty terms are described precisely.
Another thing - maybe you should delete or obfuscate your email adress to reduce the chance to collect spam.
