Hello, I work at a private company who has a pretty good IT controlled environment, and it will not let me download anything to my computer without passing it by them first, wich is ussually not a problem if it is worthy of there time to install for you. I am trying to bypass the pain of this be using portableapps to open the .exe file from USB to save everything on the USB file. Then i could just start a program from my USB.
Is this possible. I have not been successful yet.

In corporate environments, IT can set Windows to not permit EXEs to run from external drives. Or to only permit whitelisted EXEs to run. Sounds like one or both of those may apply where you are. It's not worth risking your job, so work with your IT department if you need something for your job.
