i found portableapps.com on 22.03.2007. before that i used ceedo.
then i searched for skype - but dont found a nice solution so i
programmed my own

You made it seem like Skype was included in your package, which is illegal without the express consent of Skype Limited. Is that not the case? If not, repost the links in your original topic.
Either way, you'll need to be careful about using the trademarked name Skype or the Skype logo as it's a trademark violation to use them without permission, too.

no - skypeTM was NOT included in my package.
it was only the loader for portableapps!
and also the logo is from deviantart and not
the original skypeTM logo.
so i don't think that there where any problems... :|
Technically, the deviantart one is a violation, too (ain't this fun?) but you can risk posting the links again if you'd like.
