Can I update my apps?

Hi,

Some times when I start my Thunderbird Portable a message appear asking me if I want to update the apps.
Can I accept the update?

For all Mozilla Apps, there are two ways to update:
- use the built in auto-update feature
- wait till a new copy is available from here and unzip it right over the old one.
