  • Description: A simple tool that renames your downloaded TV show files into a format of your choosing. For example, a list of files named like this:

    tv.show.x.s01e01.x264.SCENE.mkv

    Can be quickly renamed to this:

    TV Show X - s01e01 - Episode Title.mkv

    Renaming of files is done by scraping TheTVDB. The program is written in Java (Java 8 is required). The standard installer comes in x86 and x64 varieties.

    This is the simplest tool of its kind that I've come across, most renamers tend to be a secondary tool within larger and more general media library managers, which is overkill if you just need this basic function.
