as I see it, you wish the app to become official.
Normally, we start a development test in the beta section for others to test it an see, if everything works as expected. That procedure seems to be just dying out lately. mainly because the development forums are not well frequented any more. But nevertheless, that would be a better way to submit a dev test.
The request forum mainly was the place to ask for an app to be portablized (what you obviously have done already).
I'll take a look at the dev test later this evening.
