There is no such page. There are fonts that are downloadable from the LibreOffice Portable and OpenOffice Portable pages.

Yes, there is no such Page, but the "Portable Fonts" link on the download page (https://portableapps.com/download) refers to it.
It's a link to the features page to explain it. The link has been fixed.
