Hi, when I start the PortableApps-Programm above the PortableApps-Icon at the right side a menora (candlelight holder) is shown. What does this mean?

It's to celebrate the final day of Hanukkah today. There are a number of ornamentations that will appear there for various holidays throughout the year. If you ever want to hide one, you can just click it and it will disappear.
