Is there any plan to migrate cygwin ( https://www.cygwin.com/ ) into an official package? There is already a compatible version hosted on github ( https://github.com/MachinaCore/CygwinPortable ).

The code at https://github.com/MachinaCore/CygwinPortable did not work for me but the one at https://github.com/ntmoe/CygwinPortable did.
