"Jump Desktop Connect" is the server application. OK. Yes. I see the value, but I assume for running on a machine without access rights you would still run into issues with allowing remote control, because it would look a lot like malware.
Meanwhile, the CLIENT application, "Jump Desktop", that would make a great portable app!
