How automaticly start toucan application and tasks?

As i see toucan cant start as service. How i can start it in Windows at startup system? How works tasks in toucan by scheduler, it works from toucan or it place jobs in Windows Scheduler? Does toucan support automaticly sending mail notification after jobs done?

You posed this question in January and still haven't received a response. This is not exactly a great support system is it?
