Color Matching / Color Scheming Program for PortableApps

Yes, I am in need of a Color Matching / Color Scheming Program for PortableApps. I have been around so long that most of the software companies I have licenses for close down on me; their was one for Color-schemer but it had to be registered via their website, so it's null in void.

Basically you could select a color on the screen, or it would contact their server and give you generalized layouts with black/green/light green/grey in and tons of other idea's.

This really helps me as a WEB Developer. People tell me what they want as an Idea; I'm not color blind, but inspiration helps since their's just so many options out their.
