Webcam Firefox ands Windows 10

Hello,

Windows 10, to officially protect users' privacy, now need to allow one by one apps, like firefox, to access to my webcam. But only installed programs are listed and not portable one. An idea how to allow firefox portable to have access to my webcam ?
