Looking for an app to put on a USB drive that has to be inserted for the computer to start. Would like to be able to move this between my PC and laptops. I don't know what to search for to see if something like this exists.

I couldn't find any app that can do this, but I didn't search for long.
Use Portable Apps on both Flash Drive and HDD/SSD.
